The Catch Up - Day 103 to 108 - 5 Minute Freewrite: Multi

So I missed a few days, as I needed step away for a bit to recharge. I missed a few prompts, so I'll try to get them all in within the 5 mins, but I might go over a bit. I hope you all accept my humble attempt of catching up.
Day 103 - cracker *

I was born, came into this world
Not knowing what to see, not knowing what to learn
Freedom was a thing that we were born with,
But now you have to earn
And like cigarettes that burn
Drifting through life like a saltine cracker
Only needed when sick or queasy
Trying to gain the power, the drive, to make it easy
With life's ups and downs and lack of sleep
The energy drained is hard to keep
But the smell from within awakens your game
There are no elephants, no wild life to tame
The is the concrete jungle and silence is a sound
Humanity's palimpsest history with no common ground
At one point humans were angels, born with wings
Went against the higher power’s will and did unthoughtful things
Now we must pay the price to be redeemed
We are no longer angels
We are human beings
