In the physical realm, I can carry approximately 50 lbs of luggage comfortably with me as a travel,
assuming the bulk of it has wheels.

If this seems like a lot of weight for a relatively small frame to lug around the world, just imagine that which I carry when conversation travels beyond the physical realm.

Talk about pressure on my shoulder blades as the minutes pass & I grow older. About pressure on my lungs with every vowel that I can’t quite right pronounce. If I didn’t need to eat in order to survive I simply would not eat.

I could carry a sandwich inside my stomach, 17 sandwiches inside my bag, but the word « sandwich » feels like boulders that I must levy out my throat.

It’s exhausting,
heavy,
in concept alone.
