When it comes to revolution - the Russian revolution comes to mind. Growing up in USSR I certainly was drilled in that topic.

Essentially what happened was pretty much what happened in France a century earlier and, perhaps, what was supposed to happen. The Russian slaves were given freedom in 1961 a year earlier than it was given to American slaves. But of course, that so-called freedom was more on paper than in reality. Peasants had to redeem their land from the landowner and there were many other technicalities that made their life impossible.

So then in 1917 a little fraction of Communists were able to utilize their discontent and seize the power. There was a very cruel civil war, during which most of the Russian nobility were whipped out or kicked out of Russia.

So the majority of people who now live in Russian are the descendants of the Russian slaves. Imagine if say American slaves would have revolted and killed all the whites.

No. That's a bad comparison. American slaves were a small percentage of the total population. Like 10-12%, but in Russia, slaves were 90% of the population.

Well, that's enough for 5 minutes I guess. )
