If you want to have fun, you must be mentally prepared to have a good time. We have to relax being a bit silly and so you can have fun everywhere, if you're at a party or in the middle of a day's work.
The fun is spending time with people who bring more fun and joy to your daily life. If you spend time with pessimistic people or with a person who is always sad for no reason, then you can never have fun with others. Spend time with people who are spontaneous and risky. These people are more likely to know how to have fun in the most unusual places. Spend time with people who make you laugh. If you laugh, you're going to have fun wherever you are. Spend time with positive people. Positive people get excited for life and are likely to have more fun than negative people. Let's dance with friends is always fun, no matter how silly or insecure you feel. You can dance at a party, at a disco with a couple of close friends or just dance in the middle of the street with your best friend if they are in the mood to do so. Moving your body or even singing a silly song will definitely have fun
The idea of the freewrite is that you write about something which pops into your head. Not doing research or looking what others write first.
You get the prompt and start writing. You can fix mistakes after the 5 minutes are up. The more you do it, the better you get at it.
