I am just facing the same issue after announcing the week days edition today in the morning (Germany time).
You can pick one and give it as the Saturday prompt. Or do as Latino.Romano does. He just gives the 6 prompts from the week before. Saturday, I give people a chance to catch up on a single prompt they missed or do the weekend freewrite which is 3 prompts given out separately. One writes for 5 minutes without knowing what the next prompt is- then, a new direction for the story...
