3 poems about windows - A freewrite prompt
I decided to try the freewrite prompt for the first time today. The goal is to write for 5 minutes using the given prompt. The prompt for today was "window". I ended up with 3 short poems.
Poem 1
the light of this window
is my every day bliss
from here the world
is at my fingertips
Poem 2
the window is deceiving
it seems bright and open
but if I don't move
from this chair
it might as well be shut
Poem 3
in the spirit world
I peer through many windows
but I run in horror
from any doors
