Since the phone was invented, it is one of the most important artifacts in our lives, since it facilitates communication, and brings us closer to people from whom we are at a distance, however the telephone has changed our lives, especially the smart phones, with which we can send text messages, messaging applications, games, camera, video camera, social networks among other functions, this device has not made life easier but even so it has made us addicted to the phone, we eat and review our phone, before sleep we check our phone, we get up we check the phone, we go out and we use it again.
It is as if we had the phone stuck in our hand, sometimes the phone brings us those that we have far away, but nevertheless it distances us from those we have near. The conversations have become emoticons and voice notes our life is changing and evolving with the phones now it is as if we depend on them.

Parents buy children phones, and already before washing their hands or brushing their teeth they already know how to operate a smart phone, which we are teaching the children? that is why we must make balanced use of the phone does not say that it is a bad idea because it is really efficient but if we do not live next to the phone enjoy the outdoors, face to face conversations, visit more friends, we smile more , let's unplug for a while.

Let's use the phone with caution, we do not become addicted, since life goes by and there is no going back, we do not have more time, the time is now, and we do not abuse the opportunities that are given to us, rather we take advantage of them, to share with our loved ones, friends, couple, among others.
