You can post as often as you like. However, Sunday through Friday, I only post one prompt a day. Saturdays are free for all. One post has a list of all the previous prompts and you can choose any your like - and there is the Weekendfreewrite which has 3 prompts released in 3 posts and the writers from one story out of it. One prompt at a time... that is more challenging.
