And as both, I work in nursing homes and Memory Care

I simply can't do it any more, I can only perform transports, so I hardly work
As a CNA any longer.
I miss the patient/caregiver interactions, I do NOT
Miss the workload.

The clients are what makes the job fulfiling. It's not the hours or the bosses. We all get to that age when we know it is time to hang up the shoes...
