Describe Wind - Freewrite

I remember the cavern in which I was born.

I can still see the shape of the crystals scattered and scarred all along the walls.

I was just a child. I was everything and nothing.

The beach was the image I saw in the morning. The sand was the toy I played with each night. I flowed over it with great earnest before entering the blue raging sea.

There were creatures once on this planet but they're all gone now.

This world needs to be remembered by someone and so it will continue to create although there is no one here to see the beauty anymore.

I see it.

I feel it on the ocean floor.

The stark and empty ocean which used to be full of life.

I flow softly through the sullen darkness.

I hear myself in the whispering woods and I half expect a response.

There will never be one.

For the world has already given her response.....

Do not treat me harshly.

I brush through the leaves waiting for someone to talk to.

There is no one to answer, no one to listen, no one to speak, or to play, or to hold a child, or to kiss, or to love, or to live. Not anymore.

The world wouldn't listen.

Nevertheless I look for something to cling to. The world is empty and I am alone.
