I got to know my english husband on Crete, he came on holiday, and i was working there, he did not want to go back to England searched a job and came to live with me in my one room with kitchen place. I also had a hairdressers shop, and that was actually all in that one room appartement, in the front a cupboard with big mirror, and three chairs, and in the back of the shop my bed made as a seat in the day and a chair with water supply. Because of the smells of hair dye and laqué and stuf, as also the heat, we most of the nights slept with the windows open. We some times had a mosquito but most of the times the little lizard like wall climbers ate them, where i was very thankful for.
My husband and >I slept in that one person bed, ad the back of the shop you still had a other room where a small kitchen was, and on the balcony you found the toilet and the shower.
This morning i woke up, and went to the toilet, and set water on for a coffee. I come back in the room where my boyfriend was still fast a sleep, and i looked at the sealing something pulled my attention, and there i saw the sealing was like grey of color and all moving, a sound came clear like a boat leaving far away. They were all mosquito ! My boyfriend woke up, and because when i stepped out of bed i left the sheet down, one side of his body was totally covered in mosquito bites ! We had to place a ......

never seen anything like it ! , whe had to put in a special bom like tin, and not come in the apartment for 8 hours, than air it and sweep the floor, i without kidding had 4 tins or how is that called in english? a tin and a broom to brush from the ground? 4 of them filled with dead mosquitos ! And my husband needed to take medicin for the enormous itch !

yes toilet on the balcony :-) you have a front and back balcony, the back one is private just big enough to put small table and two chairs, there was the door to a very simple shower and toilet :-) So you indeed did have to go outside to go to the toilet.
In my mind, it was sitting in the middle of the balcony - open to all to see lol
yes lol i understood ! :-) It would be nice to do a story about toilets, because there are some real special ones. But then i would never trust a toilet with only glass per instance, i once was in a sauna in i think leiden holland where they had the healthcentrum on top of the hotel, a big glass window upfront, under you the station, i stood there in my beautyful self.... on that moment only my husband and i were in that room, so i did some exercising and stretching, the next daywhen we left the hotel i looked up, and i could see everything ! oke i could not see who or shaven or not kind of things, but i saw the people wearing nothing !! i thought omg ...
That is crazy!!! That would be jail time in the US. People are very body conscious - or anti naked body - here. No naked saunas.... at least not mixed ones lol

in england they are that prudish too, i do not understand, when you look how loads of youngsters are dressed, they are wearing more to be curious about than their naked body would do! I think it is silly to cover your body, i love walking naked but not in front of a window, i mean you do not wear your naked body to show of, but just because it feels good. Being with a bathing costume in a sauna ?? is a pure sin :-) and very un hygienic ! for al the sweat is in the costume and than you sit in swimmingpool or in the bubbels...
Agreed, agreed and agreed. It is funny. In Germany, at least when I was young, people walked aroung naked - Sauna, beach and such, but didn't discuss their sex life. Here, the body is covered (barely - you know what I mean) and total strangers have told me in line in the supermarket about their sex life . so weird!!
