Sunscreen (5-Minute Freewrite Challenge)

Looking back, we don't need sunscreen. We can just enjoy the bit of heat under the sun. Acquire some Vitamin D while the sun is up. You don't need to worry that much about skin cancer.

Things has changed. The climate isn't how it used to. As time passes, it gets hotter and hotter. You cannot stay under the sun for long. Temperature is going higher. Back then, I can walk without umbrella at 9am. Now, 7am is too hot. I need to put on my sunscreen to protect my skin from extreme heat.

As temperature rises, rains will become extreme. A number of storms has destructed places, killed people, and loss of properties and livelihood. Earthquakes are frequent as the earth becomes hotter. In coastal places, tsunami happens. In mountainous areas, wildfires is common.

What are the causes? Our earth is apparently abused by humans. Whatever is happening now is due to how our natural resources was damaged by people. Will the goodness of the earth be restored? Yes, earth was made to heal itself. It's just that people becomes more greedy, and the earth suffers more.

Looking forward of the time when the earth will become a better place. I believe the earth will be at its best form where people can live in peace, harmony, and anxiety free. It will be a suitable place for all of us.
