Soundcheck (5-Minute Freewrite Challenge)

I love music, and I admire great musicians. However, I have never been to a concert, and I hope I am able to watch one someday. If ever I am going to a concert, I prefer to watch live performances. I want to hear live vocals, and not lip-synch ones.

I know some pop stars who sing and dance at the same time finds it difficult to perform. Thus, some of them do lip-synch, while others perform with back tracks. I wonder how they do the soundcheck.

If the artist has reasons to lip synch, that's fine. But if they do it all the time, that's disappointing. Britney Spears used to do lip synching but she denied. Her fans are fine with her lip synching though. But her dance skills, which is supposed to be her strength has declined as well.

Fans doesn't mind when their favorite artists doesn't sing live. They don't mind if they are being deceived. If you ask me, if the performance is not live, I'd rather not watch than pay tons of money, and won't be satisfied from the performances.
