Day 204: 5 Minute Freewrite: Friday - Prompt: late
One of the situations and problems that occur daily at work is the time of arrival, there is always someone who is late for any reason and this has brought conflicts in the work group, since some invent excuses and others if they have their justification. Every day this is frustrating for both the boss and the work group. The majority is because of transportation, because they live far away, the stops are overcrowded due to lack of transportation, they have to take their children to school. Although they get up very early to see if they have time, they are late anyway.
Living far from work has always bothered me and that is why people should do their best to work for themselves more or to maybe work from home or live closer to work or something.
That is a dilemma. Could be solved by working remotely from home - at least a few days of the week if it is the kind of job where that is possible.
Public transportation isn't a great option where I live. There aren't enough buses to handle all of the stops and I've often heard of people missing their connections due to the one that they're on being late.
