The basement is damp conditions.
Very. It’s got all the plumbing. I don’t know how to do things, I guess. I thought I was sure that all I needed to do was turn a valve so that I could turn off the outdoor water, but righty-tighty lefty-loosey failed me, and going the other way was impossible. So, I may be right, but I’m unwilling to try harder. It’s all very rusty.

Oof. It’s hard to do things. This is what paying people is for.

Of course, things get expensive really quickly when you’re paying people for them.

But, gush. Life is so much easier for people with a lot of money.

I don’t think I’m booking any of the things I’ve auditioned for recently, but it would sure be nice to book some things and make some money.

I wish I could just offer to pay to take care of things on the farm for my mom. Everybody’s fine, but saying, Oh, Sure, $100k to fix up things so that they’re easier to use and install the solar just the way you want it and make the bathroom more senior friendly…

And, of course, I wish we had enough that we didn’t have to think about it, we could just buy a modest house we want.

Oh pash pish and all that. If steem goes to $100, I’ll be fine.
