Five (5-minute Freewrite) & Selfie Contest by @freewritehouse
First of all, I want to high-5 all freewriters that made it to this day for the 200-Day Party Selfie Contest by @freewritehouse. Yay! 🖐
You know what, the first thing that pops up my mind for today's prompt - FIVE - is..
"Five little monkeys jumping on the bed, one fell off and bump his head. Mummy calls the doctor and the doctor says. No more monkey jumping on the bed"...
Guess that is what happening in mommy's brain. Songs for children. I hope I'm not alone in this.
Then I thought of the five toes' song.
"This little piggy went to market. This little piggy stays home. This little piggy has roast beef. This little piggy has none. This little piggy says wee wee wee all the way home".
Oh dear... children song again?!!
Alright some twist here. I am grateful for my five senses; sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell.
Grateful for having all these organs working fine; eyes, ears, mouth (tongue), skin and nose.
For there are some who are not as fortunate as I am. I always told my children this - to be grateful for the basic thing that we have, start from our organs who works perfectly fine. Although I have to tell my 2nd son that his lungs are working fine too but the right side just a little bit smaller size than it is.

Me too! !! cos I sing the five monkeys song every day with Levi. Ofh dear, what have become of us? Hahaha. So ya I got nothing to write for this prompt yet 😑

You know, people in Thailand use 5 as the laughing ha ha ha... because in Thai, 5 is pronounced as ha. So when they put 555 in text messages, it means HAHAHA! :D

Oh yes, once you get the template ready and decides to give it a go, it is actually fun and relaxing. ;) @asianetwork, and there are bunch of funny and fun people there among the freewriters.
