5-Minute Freewrite Prompt: I'm Going to Squash You Up!

"You don't let me see you again. If I ever do, I am so going to squash you up!!!! Grrrrrr...." yelled Grace angrily into the air.

She could hear Alex's laughter as he was running off. "Don't think you can get me!"

Grace was seriously annoyed by him. She had always been fooled by Alex. Just this time, he tricked her into cracking an egg on her head. She believed him because he did it first. His turned out to be a boiled egg. He dared her to do the same, if not he was going to tell everyone she is liking him. Though it isn't true, Grace didn't want to have anything to do with him. So, she went ahead to do it. Hers happened to be a raw egg. She stood there being showered by the runny egg and screamed!!!!

Just the other day, Alex who sat behind her kept kicking her chair in class. She had warned him to stop but he didn't. Instead, he kicked her so hard that she fell forward, knocking her face on her table. You can imagine how furious she was, especially when it happened before John, the guy she has been crushing on.

Now, after this round, she swears she's going to squash that nuisance into puree and better still, into juice!

Her best friend asked her, "Are you sure you want to do this? I think just maybe... Maybe Alex likes you."

"That's the craziest nonsense I have ever heard. I have to teach that nuisance a lesson. Let him have a taste of his own medicine!" Grace smiled sheepishly at her scheme.

First, she made sure there is a pail of water mixed with glue on the door, so that when he opens the door, he would trigger it to spill on him. Next, he would trip on the line she tied across the room and fall onto a plate of flour which would get his face. Then, she would come out crack a raw egg on him and her best friend would spray him with confetti and glitters.

Just then, she heard footsteps approaching. "I am going to get you this time, Alex." She heard Alex's voice speaking to..... Oh no, it's John! But why was he coming over now and why was he even with Alex? She was thinking all these when the door opened. Instead of Alex, John walked in, followed by Alex. We all can tell who was the unfortunate one who got the pranks.

Alex laughed himself out rolling on the floor while Grace wanted to dig a hole badly to hide herself.

"What's going on?!" John screamed.
