I'm glad that he found a friend and this just reminds me that not having everything can still be meaningful. I kind of pity Gary though, the way his parents brought him up and all, it feels like hsi attitude is just how he cope with everything.
You're right, he is just a kid trying to cope with his situation the best that he can. 👍
