Manipulation! 5 minute Freewrite

Already on his first day of work as a chef of the luxury restaurant he had to face the challenge of preparing new and delicate dishes.
This required a lot of ingenuity on his part since it had to fit the limited budget he had allocated.
He had to perform a detailed cost benefit analysis before they were offered to customers, so this always required him to be attentive to details.
One of the difficulties that arose was the waste of unprocessed food and vegetable leftovers.
After many tests he devised a procedure for the manipulation of these leftovers that after cooking would be given away to a nursing home that was nearby.
This social work was one of the activities that the government demanded from these establishments. This is to obtain a restaurant license, they should provide food to people in need.
Frank presented his ideas to the restaurant owners and they liked the idea, so a few days later it was implemented.
