Inappropriately dressed! A fiction
Dear friends
I am pleased to participate in the daily challenge of @mariannewest, Monday's message: inappropriately dressed. After Mary having had a weekend of rest, continuing with her adventures. On the way to work, she achieves a situation that moves her deeply. Here I present the story.
When dawn broke, Mary hurried out of her house, she was not aware of what she was going to find on her way to work.
Already arriving at the subway station, she stumbled upon an inappropriately dressed older man who was there asking for alms. As she observed it was a very poor person, she did not imagine that this state of need could be reached.
She boldly ask him "Why are you at this time around here?
He answered:
"I have not eaten for two days and I had to come to ask for some money or food."
She then, with a kind gesture, opened her bag and handed the box where she kept her breakfast sandwich.
Then she continued on her way to the station to take the next train.
