I can relate to that. I can't stand staying outside at night time if I don't put repellent on my exposed skin. Or else, I will end up full of scratches.. 😞
I try to put essential oil all over me and cover my body. Luckily, we don't have many ticks here in Southern California. But the mosquitos are no fun....
Have you tried mosquito repellent? It's very effective. In my childhood I envy my sisters because they can wear anything. Shorts, sleeveless, spaghetti straps. Haha. But me, always pajamas and tshirt.😁
