Hi everyone,
Thank you for stopping by.
Pecan are full over the slightly bitter , nutty flavour that livens up a salad so much.
They look like little brains with their curly shape. It's nice when they are included in a nut selection which makes a good breakfast. They are also great if added to tinned mandarins.
There was a shortage of them last year but they are plentiful again now so the price has decreased.

I only discovered Pecans recently when I picked them up thinking they were walnuts.
