Day 97: 5 Minute Freewrite: Wednesday - Prompt: bowl.
There was a problem with the bowl- a crack which could not be glossed over, much like the situation at work.
In fact, this bowl seemed to be a metaphor for the shady dealings of the past twelve months. Not just the dealings in fact, but also the colleagues who wore their badly crafted masks while trying to smash the career she had worked so hard to fashion.

There is nothing left now, she thought but to let them burn. In a few seconds, she would press send and the world would see them for what they were.
No, let's not bring their wrath upon me. She reconsidered, "Best get out before it gets nasty! Life is to be lived, not wished for and I want to live it to the full." She torched the documents and packed her bags.
