Screening job applicants ... neither film nor health screening there... that was my first thought. So I had to go look it up:
-- Screening our phone calls
-- a form of cheating in video games
-- a showing of a movie, video, or television program.
-- evaluation, investigation, a methodical survey, to assess suitability for a particular role or purpose.
That opens the door even wider!
