Some prompt, oh my goodness, I don't know who do bring them up, today we have the word "Idiot", am thinking, who is behind this, how I wish I could employ the service of a mind reader to do this for me. So, here we go.

Idiots aren't that stupid set of people as many think it to be, in fact, each and everyone has been an idiot at one point or the other in life. We've all made mistakes which we dare not say out, for the words that will come out from friends will be, you're an idiot.

That boils down to something else, the act of pointing accusing fingers at others and laughing at there mistakes, some were actually made deliberately, meaning they were real idiots, some just don't know, we all know that ignorance is no defence, yes, so it's better to be equipped with information so that you won't look or sound stupid, in this case, idiot.

Sometimes, be kind enough to turn the table around, you might find that the most idiotic being weren't really idiots, it's just a matter of perspective, what you see as 6, looks like 9 to the other person. Many factor also comes in, religious beliefs, environments, lifestyle all contribute to the factor that can make a sensible man look and act stupid, the pure fact there is that, he doesn't know, so you laugh at his ignorance.

How Not To Look/Act Stupid.

  1. Possibly research any situation or things around you before laying your hand or committing to them.
  2. Don't be scared to ask how things are done when faced with new circumstances you weren't accustomed with.
  3. When changing new environment, be calm enough to understand the rules and regulations of the land.
  4. Read owners manual of appliances if you aren't familiar with them.
    ...

The above is my entry into @mariannewest everyday #freewrite.

Read owners manual of appliances if you aren't familiar with them.

Good advice. I would have been saved many idiot moments if I had followed this advice.

Don't be scared to ask how things are done when faced with new circumstances you weren't accustomed with.

Sometimes this seems intimidating, but it is important to do. I really chuckled over #4, too!

yea...don't be afraid to ask for help. That can be a tough one!
