Too much talk sometimes tends to become a long chain if gibberish, if a man want to talk, I once heard from a mentor that any man who couldn't interpret the numbers of words he has said in a day, is a foolish man, you might find it hard to believe, but an iota of truth lies therein. The words isn't to propel us to quiet mute each day to be conscious of whatever we are saying. So, do well to ask yourself, what kind of small talk do I engage myself in today?.

If per chance you ransacked your mind and found out some words weren't supposed to have been said, make a decision to take note of it. Do well to take full responsibility of your past, thought it's the past, there is still power that lies therein, able to affect the present and the future. So, never you underestimate the power that lies in there past. And as you peruse through it, ask again, what other things, words or action to add into my day?.

Being fully aware of it, it is neccesary to know that the probability of the next day been beautiful is close to one. The next point of call is, how can make this a consistent habit?.

Making it a consistent habit becomes very hard to do, if done, that individual must know his determination has finally paid of and part of his habit has been encoded on his DNA to be transfered into his offspring. That leaves us with a question, since everything we do is genetically encoded days by day into our DNA, is there a way to separate what we want to pass out into our offspring and what don't want? .
