It Was Just A Scratch 😱 😱 : Day 229: 5 Minute Freewrite

It was a beautiful Monday morning as Lieutenant Colonel Hassan was seen driving through the city, it's rare to see such a man of his caliber driving himself in a country where this kind of people already has a personal driver, I guess he just want to enjoy himself, or feel humble? Hell no.

Next was a hit at his car from behind by a taxi driver who wants to pick a passenger, his bumper has bent-in, Lt.Col. came out with his dark glasses on spot with no questioning whipped the driver with a horse tail till he turned black and blue, no one could come near, the fear of the military is the beginning of mind-your-own-bussiness.

The taxi driver was already unconscious lying at heaven's gate, some thugs in the area was able to muster up courage and ask the Lt.Col what happened, he explained how the reckless driver has cost him a new bumper, but a careful look at it shows only a bent-in bumper which can be pushed out and a tiny scratch, you need to be there as the multitude of taxi drivers mount on him, each with severe beaten, it turned to a horrible jungle justice, it is well known that 60-85% of taxi drivers are youths as they gave him the beaten of his life and he passed out.

The news came the second day glorifying the front of the newspaper, it was a show of shame for the military colonel as he was transferred in just few days.
