My entry fo 5 min Freewrite with Prompt: Flash

Where's the flash? How do I set the flash?
"Did you put it to 3?"
But this isn't a VHS machine!
"Check the menu!"
Oooh, the turkey looks good.
"Not that menu. The instruction manual."
There was a flash outside.
"There is no lightning.'
No the truck, with the big lights flashing.
"That won't work."
Is there a timer on this thing.
"I can set my watch for a timer."
No for the image. To take a picture.
"Don't you know your own camera?"
Bianca is not a camera, she is camcorder,
so no, I don't typically use her to take photos.
"Oh, look, and 8 second countdown.'
That should give me enough time to run to position.
"Well, it looks like we'll need the spot light."
A shame that little turny thingy broke though.
Now I can't fix the spot light directly on Bianca's head.
"Maybe there's a way to fix it on in certain positions."
It's not gonna work for high angles though.
"Well, I guess we'll have to replace the part."
Yeah, I suppose, a shame though.
Didn't realise taking pictures of myself would be so complicated.
"It was your idea, Binky."
"It was your idea too, Binky."
And this is what went on in my head the other week
when I didn't have enough lighting.
"You always talk to ourselves, though, Binky, no matter what's going on."
Shshs, they don't need to know that.
