You write a post. Then, you go to the very top of your page and you see a similar line like the one you see above - only with your title in it. You highlight that, copy it - I don't know what you are writing on - usually it is controll or command c.
Then you go to my prompt post, hit reply, then control or command V and it will paste the url there.
