I would also add that choosing non-reaction towards the negativity surrounding us and especially from social media will help us choose happiness more often also. After all it's just a chain of action and reaction that our unfolding life events is all about.
Yep totally agree, we can decide to not react to that negatively.
This is why I am only on steemit.. other social media breeds negativity in my eyes... I just don’t have time for it.
