You can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!

"Oh My God!! Amazing, I want one!"

She said as she admired the unusual handbag on the table next to her. Stepanie had to know where she got it. She approached the table of girls.

"Like, OMG, where did you get that handbag! It's Totes amaze-balls!"

The table of girls felt a little intimadated as they didn't socialise in the same circles as the rich girls at the next table.

"Am, my brother made it for me"

Said Sarah, whose bag was being admired.

"I need one! Can he make another? I don't care about the price. Daddy will understand.."

Stephenie awaited an answer, hands on hips and pouting.

"I'll ask him and meet you here next week and let you know"

Said Sarah. She had a plan. She remembered some of these rich girls from school and they never made time for her back then.

The week passed and Stepanie and her posse were back. Sarah handed her the handbag her brother had made for her and let her examine it. Her brother had swapped the silk he used to make Sarah's purse with pig hide.

"OMG, I want it, I want it! Here's 300, will that cover it?"

Stephanie queried.

"Yes, that's fine. See you later. I'm going to nip outside for some air, it's 'Bacon' in here"

She laughed her little head off as she stepped outside with 300 pounds in her back pocket.

So, it turns out, you can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!
