I try to upvote when I actually have steempower to give, and not if I don't. Should I be upvoting even if I am not conveying any steem to the author?
You should try to keep your steem power upvoting percentage between 75 % and 95 %.
But everytime it reaches 100% you're in theory losing curation by not upvoting...
