My guess: 87. It's because this row is actually:
86 87 88 89 90 91 flipped over
I think the missing digit should be 78.
At first I wrote all digits turning the upside down, then I get
91,90,89,88(?)86
Then obviously appear the missing number as87i.e 78(inverting 87)
