Last year I started designing vector graphics and writing eBooks. I had a PayPal account, but came across another option for getting paid by Amazon In particular. The usual method would be to get paid by check If you live outside the USA.
If need a US bank account then it's best to sign up for a free Payoneer account.
It's completely free to open an account, anybody can no matter where you live. I have a friend in Bangladesh who has a payoneer account and he uses it like PayPal, except there are no fees!
They give you a UK Barclays, EU and JPY (Japan) virtual bank accounts as well and have never had any problems and have sent and received money for free. There is a yearly account fee of $28.
