On the other hand, the circular issued by the Bangladesh Bank on February 8 for the decision to give 10 percent cash aid or subsidy to the IT export was not clear whether the subsidy will be available to the freelancers out of the people.

In an interview on the first day of February, Information Technology Mostafa Jabbar said, "It is being seen how we can give cash incentives to freelancers. The matter has not yet been very clear. We will try so that the matter can be made clear, not just the institutions, who freelancing personally, can also get the cash assistance. "In this case, all the efforts are being made to help the kind of support that is needed," said the minister. .

The government last year took an initiative to create an action plan for freelancing-outsourcing. The goal was to establish it as a professional sector and achieve specific goals from it. In a press conference in January, State Minister for Information Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak said that 13 thousand youths have already started this training. Out of which 10 thousand young people earn more than $ 6 million by outsourcing the online marketplace. 40 thousand youths will be trained at the union level in 2018.
