Sometimes we don't even know how brave we are until we are doing it. And we are always braver than we think. I always try my best to overcome fears... it can be such hard work sometimes!!!! With Dad sick, and leaving work for a break, I feel scared of everything. Still doing it though. We can't live our lives scared. A great post xx

Often, we think we can't do it. Fear suppresses us. But then the hardest things in our lives make us more brave than we thought.
