You wonder how is it possible to create the Happy Life you wish to live?

Then take a pen and start to write it and it's not a way of saying.
It's the way it allows you to be happier even if you have never dreamed of becoming a writer.
Daily life is stealing precious time from our lives and we're not able to slow down the frenetic pace to an acceptable mode, unfortunately there is no button to push.
We're always doing and thinking something, we are too busy to have a dialogue with our inner part.
And writing comes to our aid.
After decades of study Dr. Stefan Klein, psychologists and neuroscientists, has shown that annotate moments of positivity in daily life in a diary it helps make our days better.
Laura King's research shows that writing about reaching future aims and dreams can make people happier and healthier.

Writing

is the right solution because it helps us to find ourselves, reducing stress levels and consequently improves our mood.

Writing

-clearly handwritten - is a good cognitive exercise, as well as a physical exercise, it helps prevent mental rust from forming.
Nowadays we are bombarded with a lot of information at the same time and this generates distraction and loss of attention.
Have you ever felt you are not disconnecting from thoughts that fill your mind?
So the best way to close out your "mental tabs", is just writing.
The habit of writing allows abstract information to cross over into the tangible world. In this way our overloaded brain avoids crashing.
The purpose of writing a diary remains to know ourselves becoming aware of the fact that happiness is found in small things and we must learn to remember every day to reach it.
Being happy is a skill that is learned day by day.
It's simpler than it seems just sit in the evening and write down the moments of the day when happiness was felt.
It is scientifically proven that happiness occurs when the brain releases endorphins, that is, those chemicals that activate positive feelings.
Also to feel happy it is important to face your negative feelings and put them black on white because it helps to admit them to yourself and consequently to overcome them.
So if we want to regain contact with the most innermost part of ourselves, if we want to be aware of the happiness that surrounds us or overcome some complicated moments that have marked our life, we have to be ready to arm ourselves with pen and paper but even with patience and perseverance.
And write and write..
How about we try?
