Question Everything

Jambo Everyone,

As I continue to explore myself and this beautiful life, I learn a thing or two everyday. Am currently reading The "Tao of Internal self Healing" by Dr Chang which I have owned for over a year but procrastination or what we call life would not let me read it. I will let you in on it sometime next week.

The Pharma industry is one of the most corrupt industries I have had the opportunity to work for so I can comfortably say I know their ins and out better than most. I detest most of the practices in this industry but what I think I abhor more is the pretense we have from government regulators who claim to protect us from these companies. I know I will ruffle quite few feathers but my honest opinion is that majority of the pharmaceutical industry has a moral obligation and ethics code that needs to be revised urgently. That 's my story and am sticking to it.

Big Pharmaceutical companies are only out to make a profit...Period. They could honestly care less about our health. Why would they? There is no profit in the cure. Most of the meds we take harm us in one way or another. Try listening to the side effects of some of the ads you see before you throw the first blow at me :). Some may cure a certain ailment but at the risk of a heart attack. Really??? That to me I would consider a bad Trading decision. Am not comfortable with the risk to reward ratio associated with it.

With that said, I live by the mantra "Let food be thy medicine".-Hippocrates

Secondly, Lets take a quick look at the American prison system. It's run by companies that we trade on the stock market...shouldn't that be raising red flags already? Think about it! These companies that run the prison system have their shares being bought and sold in the stock market. How do they continue to remain profitable year after year running a business activity of incarcerating people? Remember they have shareholders who would like to see ROI. Again, am not saying the prison system is inherently evil but it's the business model behind it that I have an issue with.

I was going to delve into the education system but how about we leave that for another day.

To sum it all up.................QUESTION EVERYTHING........ Remember, The best place to hide anything is in plain sight.

Lets Start Thinking on our own but don't forget to eat those berries, bananas,Apples and strawberries.
