RE: Are We Enslaved By Errors In Our Personal Templates? The Real Driver of Human Evolution Breaks Us Free.

in #freedom6 years ago

I agree that trying to force thinking into a narrow box of 'what is right' is a huge part of the problem here. On the other hand, I do understand that there really are 'right' answers to many questions - for example in maths and other topics where there is little to no room for opinion.
The past surely has much to learn from and it is valuable for us to learn those lessons and not forget them, but we also need to value the present moment too - which includes recognition and respect of the sacred essence that is within all humans that gives us life in the first place. How exactly we translate this understanding into a method of measuring the skill of students in the best way, is not 100% clear to me. I do know, though, that the best results will be achieved only when we respect free will and the children involved are allowed freedom to choose what they learn instead of being forced to learn from a set menu.

Yep. I math, and few other things, is often exist only one right answer, but we know, the life is more than math ;)

The time, when the public education was born, wasn't sample, so the people didn't know, how have to build the system. So they choosed the familiar thing, the "factory-model". And right now, the classic education works as the fabric-row in a factory.
They want to teach same thing for everyone. Doesnt matter, the kid have a talent or not, have an interest or not.

In 21. century, the world change so fast, so we need adapt same fast. This have to teach in school.
But they didnt do this.
And the result, that can we see every day, everywhere on the world.
