Balance is entirely achievable, it simply starts in the hearts of individuals and not in the board rooms of endless corporations. The challenge with global balance is to empower individuals to be balanced internally and thus then they will not facilitate the opening of space that allows wars in the first place. Just think of all the flag waving 'normal' psychopaths in the various war hawk nations in the last 60 years - war is not possible without their willing involvement.
