To recognize basic indications of a Tyrant mindset
- observe how prominent is the intention to
"...do something now to some 'other' group...".
This fundamental indicator reveals evil motives.
Any 'other' group is redefined on whim of convenience,
and
whatever planned always revises to something worse.
This is just a distraction to conceal darker acts by the Tyrant.
