The US Supreme Court has said that EVERYBODY "NOT privileged" is sovereign.

The Federal Tax Lien Act of 1966 gives all officials the ability to p resume that any vehicle that is registered in any state or country is commercial, and commerce is a privilege under International Law.

If you get mixed up in any privilege, it operates as a contract by which you give up your freedom.
