Anarchapulco 2017 was simply amazing! I attended the conference with my girlfriend and some of my closest friends.

The top image features me @curiouser , @modprobe , and @onelove

If you already know about the conference and you didn't go, you know you missed out. But if you don't know, Anarchapulco is

The world’s premier conference for voluntaryist thinkers and activists. Held annually in beautiful Acapulco, Mexico, we bring together hundreds of principled anarchists to share ideas on how to live free and build a better world. Our unparalleled line up of speakers will discuss entrepreneurship, investments, politics, philosophy, health, sustainability, lifestyles and personal relationships for four days among the sun and beaches of a world-class resort.

Acapulco Is Crazy Beautiful!

Here my girl @curiouser and myself pose for a shot in front of one of the many fountains on the property.

The landscape is breathtaking and the weather is wonderful.

Here you can see a panorama shot from the balcony of the Resort Mundo Imperial. The hotel was superb and reasonably priced.

A Chance To Promote Steemit

I am proud to say I wore a Steemit shirt every damn day of the conference! I met a lot of other Steemit users this way. It also opened the door to introducing others about the Steemit platform.

Michelle wore hers too!

We Heard From Magnificent Speakers

Jeffery Tucker delivered on of my favorite speeches at the conference. Hopefully it will surface on Youtube soon.

Ashe Whitener is an entrepreneur and a Voluntaryist. He spoke on what he calls "Anarchy 3.0". I like this idea. He encouraged people to be agorists, entrepreneurs, and builders of our own future. Whitener followed with a great call to action. Some philosophy materials and speeches focus too much on the reasons why and too little on the actionable takeaways.

Awesome Art Auctioned Off For Ross Ulbricht

Ross William Ulbricht is a former darknet market operator, best known for being convicted of creating and running the Silk Road website until his arrest. He was known under the pseudonym "Dread Pirate Roberts." Wikipedia

Ross currently sits in a cage in NY. His mother spoke at the conference, and delivered a personal letter from Ross to the attendees of Anarchapulco. Learn more on Ross's unjust incarceration here.

We Connected With New And Old Friends From Around The World And Of Course Relaxed By The Pool

Both hotels, Resort Mundo Imperial & Princess Mundo Imperial provided exceptional service and amenities. Their pools were sublime.

I would encourage everyone and anyone to attend next year. Here are a few of the benefits of the conference:

I plan to follow up with some more detailed posts and videos from the Anarchapulco conference. (Details on speeches, exclusive video content from the Backwordz concert, and more)

It was amazing for my girlfriend and I. Every day was an adventure and the only constant there was knowing it was going to be a mind blowing inspirational day....everyday.

I loved the feedback and being able to share my HempXylitol.com project. It was great to see so many intantly see the value and confirm the last few months where not totally wasted on dillusions.

Agreed, there were so many speakers and things to learn about!
Just checked out HempXylitol.com. Pretty cool man!

but how about our steemian who was suppose to give a talk there? was he able to give the talk?

When is the next party? :)

Very cool. Thanks for sharing.

Saving up some to make it for the next one. Write more bout some of the events that unfolded!

I read Jeffrey Tucker's posts on Fee.org all the time. Nice post. Following!

I've been to Mexico over 40 times. Acapulco is the absolute worst. The beach is like shards of glass; the city is enveloped in smog from thousands of VW bugs (taxis); air conditioning breaks down all the time in hotels; the city is a mess; and, without any question, the most dangerous city for tourists in all of Mexico. Drug dealers and scum accost tourist in the waters off the beach with sea-doo's and most markets are cooled by "mexican air". It's a grade-A #1 shit-hole from hell. I'll take isla mujers; cancun, playa del carmen, playa mujers and cozumel any day over Acapulco....Don't take a wife or a family there...it's awful.

Interesting. I didn't know that... thanks for the advice! Been thinking about going to one of those at some point here...
