Need for publishing this to the young just going to college and university. They are the future movers and shakers. Votes are not equal, unless one uses an old Roman level, in which a senator first needed to be successful businessman and then needed to be rich enough to buy a million votes. If today's computers could keep tabs on census, the buying of votes would mean that the laws passed would be the ones the voting was actually for. 😆
