Early 2000s I think. A even better show was The Peep Show(with the same actors), airing in that same period. GREAT show. It's on youtube actually for free. The first seasons are on Netflix as well.
we found skin season 2 3 and 4 in the trash somewhere and all the older actors are from the classic comedy series , like Harry Enfield! He done a great series called harry enfield and chums and he played all the different characters himself.. Funny how foriegn people like the tv shows but when they meet english people they dont like our humour so much hahaha
