A Lot Has Changed In My Lifetime!
I see waves of awareness of the truth spreading worldwide, and yet that is but a small minority, as most citizens believe what they were taught and are obedient order followers regardless of how wrong the new legal mandates are.
Most citizens have no grasp of the legal fiction enforced, or false legal assumptions applied when statutes attempt to apply to you the individual who has not consented or agreed to a legal contract.
Opposing thoughts are brewing for a battle, the masters of institutional governance are prepared - but, are you?

Eventually, as I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, even the sleepwalking masses (who remain convinced that all of the bad things happening in the police state—the police shootings, the police beatings, the raids, the roadside strip searches—are happening to other people) will have to wake up.
Sooner or later, the things happening to other people will start happening to us and our loved ones.
When that painful reality sinks in, it will hit with the force of a SWAT team crashing through your door, a taser being aimed at your stomach, and a gun pointed at your head. And there will be no channel to change, no reality to alter, and no manufactured farce to hide behind.
As George Orwell warned, “If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face forever.”

It is ironic that so many people have no idea what a show cause order is or how to get one heard. They stem from the prerogative writs. These were writs developed by kings and their legal staffs to protect them incase his men misapplied his laws and edicts in order to overthrow him. Some of the commonly used ones are writ of mandamus, writ of prohibition, and writ of habeas corpus. As we go forward as a free people, we will use this legal process to stop the administrators of government from revenuing us based upon their presumpsion and without probale cause. And the best part is we will be able to submit a claim that tbey cannot defend once the writ is granted and the order of their restraint is issued. So to answer your question, yes I am ready.

We still are a minority, but as I said - a lot has changed in my lifetime as the minority is growing. I wish to see the tipping point in my lifetime.
You are welcome. We are at the tipping point now. Wednesday a petition for writ of mandate will be heard in Butte county, California, to stop the franchise tax board from collecting a fine imposed by a different agency. Every time you go to court against a government agency to stand up for your rights, you always learn another way they try to twist you out of your rights. It has been close to 35 years for me and believe me we are at the tipping point. I hope you have an enjoyable holiday celebration tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.
