Kokesh stated that after vowing as President, he would issue a sole executive order in peace "dissolve the federal government", and then resign to become "Federal Government Guard".
The executive order will then appoint a "Custodian" to each department, which will work to dissolve them systematically.

As a combat veteran, one of Kokesh's top priorities is to privatize the Department of Veterans Affairs and ask him to become a private non-profit company in which each US veteran has 1 voting share.
