Negativity...makes it difficult to obtain self-confidence. Just like you said, leave that stuff behind you and move on.
Maintaining self confidence is important to many things in life. I believe positivity is really important to me and helps with my self-confidence.
I don't use Facebook cause I don't like that social media site. Now, STEEM-IT is a great resource and way to connect at the same time...plus...a way into a cryptocurrency.
