We are so free that we may choose slavery.
There is nothing we have to do, just things we THINK we have to do.
The truth is that people have been institutionalized since birth some more so than others and what is believed to be true is just that, a belief.
We could debate "truth" vs "untruth" all day and still not agree on everything.
What is important is that we realize there is ALWAYS a choice and all choices have consequences. So if something isn't working or if we don't like something then make new choices. Keep making choices until the results begin to be something that works.
There is always a solution, there are always alternatives and we are FREE.
