Emancipate Yourself From Mental Slavery

We seems to believe or feel slavery to be a past historical phenomenon but looking at the world today it's quite untrue and very unfortunate because we seems to be more enslaved than the relative practice of history.

Today's world is suffering more greatly on what the legendary reggae singer #Bob #Marley called mental slavery. This has become the order of the day because the physical practice of slavery is no longer done openly compared to the past. But that doesn't depict the fact that physical slavery is no longer in existence, its still well practice among nations, tribes, ethnic groups, communities, religions etc but not widely exposed.

But what is about this mental slavery? It do be better for one to be physically enslaved than to become mentally enslaved, do you know why? Okay, am gonna share with you my little knowledge why i said so. Do you know when one is physical enslaved he could still fight for his freedom because he knows his rights and he is in the right mind to resist whatever is thrown at him but do you also know that someone who suffers from mental slavery do not know, or really never feel under any siege, they re those who would be chanting and praising their slave masters, they re those who would go as far as fighting and killing innocent people because of someone who offer them a token to get him what he wants...these set of people and many more re those suffering from mental slavery.

Anyone who suffers from mental slavery doesn't care about others but rather their own selfish interest, they re those who sort powers by all means, do or die affairs, they kill, steal and destroy just to satisfy themselves, they care only about the amount of wealth they could amass to themselves and families. These set of people re not different from the devil because their activities re just same to their master. They re in our public offices, they re in private enterprises, they re fraudsters, scammers, criminals, etc.

Now the issue isn't about the bad eggs but the problem is you and i who never know when to say NO to them. These people come to us seeking political positions and with their deceitful heart promise what they can never do even if they have the whole money or time on earth, they come to us and give us a token to vote for them and people sell their rights to them. How then do we want to enjoy good governance when we have been paid for our votes.

Can the blind lead the blind? Wouldn't they both fall into the pit? Yeah, that's exactly what most of our leaders re. They re so mentally blind and we the followers re never different because if we do we shouldn't have elected them again and again and again. This has been a trend that seems a course to our generation.

The rich make sure they become very rich while making the poor to be very extremely poor so that the poor would always come back to them to ask for arms by so doing when you get anything from them you pay dearly on the reverse. Now you have one thing to do to free yourself, that is mental emancipation.

You must emancipate yourself from mental slavery, stop following bad leaders, stop praising bad leaders, stop taking bribe from people, stop selling your rights for a day bread, stop voting for corrupt minds, stop offering yourself as instrument to be use for evil activities. Emancipate yourself dear friends, emancipate yourselves oh ye people.

Righteousness exalt a nation and sin is a reproach to any people. You can't continue doing the wrong thing and expect freedom or good governance. Knowledge is power, seek knowledge and free yourself. Being educated does not exempt anyone from mental slavery, its all about how we handle situations and how we take decisions. They re many educated but still very primitive in their thinking, very many educated takes bribe, steal, kill and destroy. It isn't about education alone its about your mindset. Who re you and what do you want and how do you want to get those things. These is what separates you from others. Emancipate yourself from mental slavery because its only you that can cure yourself from it. If you don't then no freedom. SAY NO TODAY BY DOING WHATS RIGHT. SAY NO TO SLAVERY OF ANY KIND, BE IT PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL....until you re free don't retire.
